This is a complete 1961 FL Panhead motor. This comes with a clean title and good numbers. This motor is ready to go. This comes with a Linkert M74B carb as well as a stock circuit breaker (distributor) both not shown. This has stock bore cylinders. The top end is a 1963-1965 outside oiler heads with a Jims top end oil kit. New rods and all the shafts, bearing and races are new and correctly fitted. The oil pump is an S&S.
